Movement EdU / Movement Therapy (1v1 Only)

Movement Therapy delivers a 3D movement analysis & performance system that focuses on the process of ageing and the ways we can preserve the health of our joints and of the whole musculoskeletal system so that we enhance and sustain our mobility through time.

Daniel shares his knowledge and experience through 3 levels of workshops at Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific Region

Level 1/ Open space  
The objective of this workshop is to introduce participants to the concept of “Open Space” which is moving freely in the space and give them confidence in how to improve it. 

Level 2/ Movement skills

The objective of this workshop is to introduce participants to the concept of "Fundamental Movement Skills” that will present motion sequences and movement combinations that would be relevant for better harmony in life and sports.
Level 3/ Cross motion

The objective of this workshop is to introduce participants to the concept of “Cross Motion” which is complex integration of the contralateral and ipsilateral movement patterns of the upper and lower body in the open space. This is not suitable for beginners. 

1/ 90% of the stimulation and nutrition to the brain is generated by movement of the spine – Dr. Roger Sperry (Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine)

2/ The process of ageing and the ways we can preserve the health of our joints and of the whole musculoskeletal system so that we enhance and sustain our mobility through time - Jozef Frucek & Linda Kapatenea (Movement Research)

3/ Performance is tied to diverse elements such as muscle fibers, neural control, elastic properties, distribution of loads over many joints, the respiratory system, and more – Frans Bosch (Strength Training and Coordination)
