Level 2 - Movement Skills Workshop
1/ The objective of this workshop is to introduce participants to the concept of "Fundamental Movement Skills” that will present motion sequences and movement combinations that would be relevant for better harmony in life and sports. 2/ Only the practice ball tool and 9speedtool will be introduced.
3/ The purpose of understanding fundamental movement skills is to be able to map your body in relation to your surroundings. So that you can more effectively transfer strength and power in the space to have a winning performance and avoid the wrong movements that can cause overload or inflammation in our body.
A/ Mission statement
1/ To last longer and live better. 2/ In order to do this, we believe that our human system must have the capacity to develop an elastic body in combination with a plastic mind (inspired by Fighting Monkey, Rootlessroot)
B/ Learning objectives
1/ To develop an understanding of the sensory motor system and how it relates to strength, power, and mobility, for health, wellness and sports. 2/ To understand how tissues (connective, epithelial, muscle, and nervous) adapt to loading (based on tension, elasticity and neurological complexity).
3/ To develop the capacity to integrate this knowledge with current training protocols and enhance outcomes, enjoyment, plus longevity in their own lives and the lives of others, if that be a family member, loved one or patient.

All levels. Anyone interested in solving injuries, improving sports performance and/or inspiring their health, fitness and/or wellness.
