Coaching and Education
Daniel currently manages his time via 3 core pillars:
1/ The Doctor Strange Brand
2/ Studies for Sports Science and Traditional Chinese Medicine
3/ Training cycles that challenge Daniel to become a better athlete and practices that offer blue zone outcomes
Consulting, Speaking, and Travel Availability
I am working closely with exclusive local based projects. In order to focus my time on deep work, I'm not taking on extra consulting or public speaking engagements. And i'm limiting business travel to a few annual events.
Training
Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle. Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle. And so we must straighten our backs and work for our freedom.
I'm currently focusing on:
1/ FM cross motion and zero forms so I can build an immortal body. Due to my previous injuries I value and understand how useful coordination is for longevity.
2/ Boxing to improve balance and proprioceptive skills.
3/ Calisthenics and jump rope training for strength and wellbeing.
