In the online sessions we are planning, discussing and understanding. You will learn and tailor make your physical body by focusing on program design, nutrition strategy and training specificity.

3/ Week 7-9
a. Program Design - Evolve loading patterns/schemes for your goals
b. Nutrition Strategy - Converting fat to muscle
c. Training Specificity - Unique to your needs and goals
4/ Week 10-12
a. Program Design - Supersets, trisets and escalating volume
b. Nutrition Strategy - Feeding cycles and growth hormone
c. Training Specificity - Unique to your needs and goals
5/ Week 13-15
a. Program Design - Clusters and extended sets
b. Nutrition Strategy - The anabolic cycle: timing is everything
c. Training Specificity - Unique to your needs and goals
6/ Week 16-18
a. Program Design - Training splits and long term periodization for further cycles and progress
